Advanced Oxidation Based System for textile effluent remediation: Science based problem, data analytics driven control and an engineering solution. Dye-laden textile wastewater poses significant environmental hazards due to its recalcitrant nature and the inefficiency of conventional homogeneous treatment processes in achieving complete mineralization. This work integrates solar-driven catalytic AOP techniques with conventional treatment systems to enhance operational efficiency. It develops uncertainty-quantified decision support frameworks using statistical models, machine learning, chemometrics, and Bayesian inferential modelling. The study demonstrates ZnO/ZnO-GO nanocomposite coated filter element substrates for AOP reactors, achieving near-complete dye removal and effective mineralization, along with durability for industrial reuse.
